What could be better than a hearty, mildly spicy Hungarian Goulash with fall-apart tender chunks of beef over fat egg noodles, or, even better, homemade dumplings! This Goulash recipe comes from Smitten Kitchen. I really love the website, they have everything. And great photography too!

I love spicy and exotic Thai food and I love seafood. I have cooked plenty of Thai food in my time, and this Seafood in Thai Red Coconut Curry recipe at Gourmet De-Constructed looks like the real deal.

I am a CrossFit enthusiast, and a popular dietary movement in crossfit circles is the Paleo/Primal diet. I’m not a strict adherent, but I do approach my diet somewhat from the Paleo perspective. One of the names almost synonymous with the Paleo diet is Mark Sisson. His Primal Texas Chili looks awesome. I love red meat!

If you have ever had a good Nicoise Salad, you will know how a surprisingly simple dish can be so delicious and filling. This one, on Soph n’ Stuff uses fresh seared tuna instead of canned. That scores points with me right off the bat!
